Payment terms & refund policy

• Early registration payments due no later than April 30, 2026.
• Cancellations by June 1, 2026, receive 50% refund
• After June 1, no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the reunion.

The following room blocks are available at two hotels that share the same parking lot:

2. Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Midtown

The cutoff date to reserve rooms at the group rate is June 23, 2026. Various room options are available, so book early for the best selection.

Additional activities to consider doing while in Savannah

During your free time or extended stay check out some of the other events, sights, excursions, etc. that Savannah has to offer, such as museums (some walking and others via trolley) and local theatres, riverboat cruises, baseball game, golfing, bowling or simply relaxing at Forsyth Park or Tybee Island
where you can cool off with a refreshing swim. There’s plenty to do in Savannah.

You may want to stay culturally connected by visiting Savannah’s Black Heritage sites such as the Pin Point Heritage Museum where you can get a feel of the culture lived by the Gullah Geechee people.

What’s included

Does free registration for kids 4 and under include a free commorative t-shirt and cruise boat?
We are currently confirming details with our vendors and we’ll provide updates as soon as the information is finalized.

Can I pay for registration in installments?
Yes! You can pay in instaments via Afterpay or Klarna. Please be aware that a small surcharge is added by the online payment system.

Can we pay a smaller portion of the registration if we only wish to attend the banquet?
Answer:

Will a family souvenir book be available for purchase at this reunion?
Not for this reunion. The 2026 committee is dedicating its efforts to family fun and enjoyment. We are, however, looking into making past reunion books available for purchase.

Will there be options to pay by mail?
Yes. You can download and print the registration packet, then send it to us by mail.

Hotels

Do the hotels provide shuttle service from the airports?
No.

Do the hotels have a pool?
No.

Is there a parking fee at the hotel for those who drive?
Yes. Parking fees apply. Please confirm the current rate when booking your reservation. While we have secured a special HHDW room rate, complimentary parking is not included.

Are the two hotels mentioned, located near each other?
Yes. They share the same parking lot.

Will early check-in, late check-out, or extended stays be available at the reserved hotels?
The hotels plan to be accommodating; however, these requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Will vegetarian food options be available?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be provided.

Will dietary restrictions and/or food allergies be accommodated?
Yes. All safe and reasonable dietary restrictions and allergies will be accommodated, provided they are noted during registration.
