Payment terms & refund policy
- Early registration payments due no later than April 30, 2026.
- Cancellations by June 1, 2026, receive 50% refund
- After June 1, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the reunion.
The following room blocks are available at two hotels that share the same parking lot:

- Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Midtown
The cutoff date to reserve rooms at the group rate is June 23, 2026. Various room options are available, so book early for the best selection.

Additional activities to consider doing while in Savannah
During your free time or extended stay check out some of the other events, sights, excursions, etc. that Savannah has to offer, such as museums (some walking and others via trolley) and local theatres, riverboat cruises, baseball game, golfing, bowling or simply relaxing at Forsyth Park or Tybee Island
where you can cool off with a refreshing swim. There’s plenty to do in Savannah.
FirstAfrican Baptist Church tour excursions Cathedral of John the Baptist. You may want to stay culturally connected by visiting Savannah’s Black Heritage sites such as the Pin Point Heritage Museum where you can get a feel of the culture lived by the Gullah Geechee people.

Does free registration for kids 4 and under include a free commerative t-shirt and cruise boat?

Will we be able to make installments to pay the registration?
Yes (note: online payment system will add a small surcharge)
Can we pay a smaller portion of the registration if we only wish to attend the banquet?

Will there be a family souvenir book for purchase at this reunion?
No, the 2026 committee is focused to putting all of their energy and resources into family fun
and enjoyment. However, we are working to see if we will have past reunion books for purchase.
Will there be options to pay by mail as well as online?

Is there a parking fee at the hotel for those that will drive?
Yes, please confirm the rate when booking. We have a great price on the HHDW room rate,
but it does not include free parking.

Yes, they share the same parking lot.
Will there be early check-in, late check-out and/or extended stay times at the reserved hotels?
The hotels plan to be accommodating, so this will be on a case by case basis
